Today I’m delighted to be joined by Bob Garner who is the owner of a holiday rental in Italy called Casa Dei Fichi which has sustainable practices running through its core.

Bob is a vociferous advocate of sustainable practices in hospitality and uses his voice and expertise to help and encourage others to make a start on their own sustainable journeys.
