Ms. Lam NGUYEN is a tourism professional with over 20 years of experience in Vietnam's inbound tourism industry. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in destination management, hospitality, contracting, and product development, working closely with hotels, resorts, cruise operators, and tourism suppliers across the country. Currently serving as a Contracting Manager, Lam leads strategic partnerships, supplier negotiations, and product evaluations, supported by regular site inspections that provide her with in-depth knowledge of Vietnam’s tourism products, accommodation landscape, and service standards. Driven by a passion for travel and a strong commitment to sustainable tourism, Lam was awarded a scholarship to pursue the Climate Friendly Travel Diploma through SUNx Malta and the Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS Malta). As Vietnam’s Climate Friendly Travel Chapter Leader, she is dedicated to fostering a national CFT community by connecting tourism businesses, educational institutions, and local stakeholders to advance climate action and responsible tourism. Her vision is to help position Vietnam as a leading destination where tourism creates lasting benefits for communities, nature, and future generations.
