Meet the Chapter Leader 

 
Rossetta Alcindor
Rossetta AlcindorSeychelles
Rossetta is an independent sustainable tourism consultant with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and six years of experience supporting tourism operators and organizations in practicing sustainability efforts within the Seychelles context. Through her consulting firm, Kreola Consulting, Rossetta collaborates with non-profit organizations, government agencies, and tourism operators. Her work focuses on data collection and stakeholder engagement to develop effective policy frameworks, strategies, and action plans. 

In recognition of her dedication to sustainable tourism, Rossetta was awarded a scholarship for the Climate Friendly Travel Diploma programme by SunX Malta and the Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS). This advanced training provides her with the knowledge and tools to integrate climate resilience into tourism projects, helping destinations thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Delroy Servina
Delroy ServinaSeychelles
Delroy Servina is a Tourism officer with expertise in the Sustainable Tourism field and Product diversification sector. He has worked within the Seychelles Tourism Department since 2022 whereby he has handled the implementation of Tourism product diversification and Cultural event inclusion. During his time at the Seychelles Tourism Department Mr. Delroy Servina has also conducted Sustainability assessments in the Seychelles Tourism sector especially the accommodation and restaurant sectors. He has worked to implement the Sustainable Seychelles Certification and recognition program at the Tourism department whereby Accommodation, Restaurants and Tour Operators may be evaluated to see the different Sustainable practices can implement in their operations. Therefore, in 2025, he enrolled for the 2-year diploma course with SUNXMALTA through ITS Malta and he is currently in his internship year.
