Experiences with Tourism Sector for over 5 years. Currently, I am working as a Phnom Penh Office Manager at Terres Rouges Collection which is related to the hospitality and Eco-tourism. I have had experiences as: Secretary at Cambodia Tourism Association (CATA), Director of Sales & Marketing at Miss Planet International, A Corporate Sales Manager at The Frangipani Royal Palace Hotel, Association Manager in Cambodia Hotel Association (CHA), Secretary-General to Cambodia Women Business Federation (CWBF), Business Creation Team Leader in Cambodia Job Foundation Org, Co-founder of rice business, Education Manager in New Future for Children Organization.

Vanna Sok is a dynamic Sustainability Manager at FCC Angkor by Avani in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and a proud Climate Friendly Travel Champion committed to leading transformative change in the tourism sector. She has demonstrated strong leadership in driving climate action initiatives, including energy-saving programs, waste reduction strategies, and sustainability training that actively engage teams and deliver measurable impact. Vanna is recognized for aligning global climate goals with practical, on-the-ground solutions—turning sustainability commitments into real operational results. Supported by a prestigious scholarship, she is pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Climate Friendly Travel through SUNx Malta and ITS Malta, where she is now in her internship phase while leading climate-focused initiatives in Cambodia. She plays a key role in promoting Climate Friendly Travel programs, supporting businesses to adopt responsible practices and contributing to the growth of a more resilient tourism industry. Through her vision and dedication, Vanna empowers people, influences change, and positions Cambodia as a leader in sustainable and climate-conscious tourism
